Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Ability to treat geriatric patients and manage common SNF caseloads preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week. Guaranteed 35 hours per week per contract details.
• Assignment Length: 13-week contract.
