We are currently seeking a Local Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This position involves operating heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of tasks while providing excellent customer service.

• Pay Rate: $20 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Temp to Perm
• Home Daily

• Route Type: Local
• Freight: Operating heavy equipment (e.g., Front-End Loaders, Excavators, Grinders, Screeners)
• Equipment: Heavy equipment for loading mulches, soils, compost, sands, and gravels
• Handling: Ensure equipment and materials are maintained, cleaned, and stored safely

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Load materials into trucks and customer vehicles
• Complete all paperwork, reports, and documentation in a timely manner
• Provide recommendations for maintaining and improving environmental performance

• 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• At least one year of front-end loader operation
• At least one year of excavator operation
• Strong communication skills, especially verbal communication
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
