As an Assistant Boutique Manager with Nespresso, you'll be at the heart of creating an inspiring, memorable boutique experience. Partnering closely with the Boutique Manager, you'll help shape the strategy behind sales performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will spark a culture of hospitality, motivation, and continuous growth on the floor.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Embody Customer Service Excellence: Lead as a coffee expert, using storytelling to educate customers and create a warm, welcoming experience.
- Drive Sales Results: Inspire your team to meet goals through clear communication, coaching, and partnership with store leadership.
- Lead Team Development: Motivate through feedback and recognition while fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Streamline Operations: Adapt quickly, own daily operations, inventory, and scheduling, and maintain visual standards to drive efficiency.
- Embody Coffee Expertise: Deliver engaging tastings and share your passion to create memorable coffee moments.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- 3+ years of professional management experience in a fast-paced or luxury retail environment
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in people management and development of multiple direct reports
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven ability to organize and utilize time management and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple tasks
- An authentic passion for coffee, a respect for sustainability, and a commitment to continual selflearning
- Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
The approximate pay range for this position is $60K - $70K with bonus potential based on individual and store performance. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location
