We are a fast paced Landscaping Company currently seeking a full-time, dedicated Scheduler/Administrator to schedule service repairs, dispatch phone cal.

Pay is based off of experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Applicants must be willing to work in a fast pace environment, , delegate service calls and manage our team of irrigation installers and technicians. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are a must! Irrigation knowledge and experience is preferred. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Experience:

- Work Background in an Office Environment (2+ Years)

- Customer Service (2+ Years)

- MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and Windows Functionality

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Irrigation: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
