Description
The Procurement & Business Services (PBS) Supplier Enablement Administrator (Procurement Operations Administrator) is responsible for executing activities that enable non-merchandise suppliers to transact with Victoria's Secret & Co. using preferred methods. This role also provides comprehensive support for procurement-related applications, including onboarding suppliers, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize application functionality. Additionally, the Administrator assists with user training, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient procurement operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the B2B supplier interaction with VS&Co including:
- Facilitate the SAP Business Network (SBN) supplier on-ramping and account configuration process
- Provide supplier education and training on the SBN processes and technologies
- Transactional testing of POs, Invoices, Shipment Notifications, etc
- Testing of punchout websites
- Supplier setup and training for invoicing off contract
- Troubleshoots day-to-day transactional processing issues regarding interaction with our suppliers
- Establish strong working relationships with key vendor contacts responsible for managing the SAP Business Network.
- Carry-out all aspects of enhancement, bug-fixes, and service pack deployment for procurement applications including but not limited to:
- Researches release notes related to upcoming new releases to identify and communicate impacts to the business.
- Assist the development functional designs that the technical partners can use to provide scoping estimates and technical designs
- Reviewing estimates with management where necessary to assign priorities
- Conduct QA testing (script development and execution) incorporating customer feedback as necessary
- Coordinate deployment schedule and any necessary end user communications
- Provide QA testing support for supplier enablement activities during all upgrades.
- Participate in all other initiatives for developing, enhancing and supporting procurement applications
- Perform user system access & maintenance for assigned procurement applications
- Execute receiving by commodity configuration. Works with buyers, AP, and Finance to determine receiving requirements. Company code & ship-to-location maintenance
- Acts as a backup for catalog maintenance related activities.
- Provide backup Sourcing Event management support, including template management, as necessary.
- Is proficient in, and adheres to, all relevant policies and procedures in respect to non-merchandise procurement.
- Recommends and implements changes to the organizations purchasing management policies as needed
- Act as the key VS liaison for all procurement application-related change requests, reporting needs, or issues for internal customers, VS IT or related-third parties
- Provide oversight and input into all procurement application-related training and assist in training delivery where necessary.
- Assists in training associates outside of Procurement on PTP processes and technology to support self-service purchasing of goods and services.
- Provide customer Help Desk services for customers and suppliers for all responsibilities/services listed above
- Establishes strong relationships with Category owners, both within P&BS and outside, to ensure their understanding, and their suppliers' understanding of the importance of B2B initiatives and to ensure their success.

Minimum Salary: $67,700.00
Maximum Salary: $88,830.00

- Conceptual understanding of Business-to-Business eCommerce
- Proficient in basic accounting and procurement practices
Work Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years' experience in related field (Procurement or B2B commerce). Retail industry experience preferred.
