• Monday through Friday 8 am shifts with weekend rounding
• 1 3 inpatients daily with 1 3 deliveries per day
• 4 LDR beds with 2 4 NST observations daily
• No inpatient midlevel support available
• Vaginal and cesarean deliveries required
• ED consults for obstetrics and gynecology patients
