Six Sigma Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to join their team. As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Project Manager

Location: DeKalb, IL (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $45 to $55 per hour on W-2
Duration: contract till Dec 31, 2026

What's the Job?

• Lead high-impact process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodologies
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely execution
• Conduct process analysis, audits, and performance assessments to identify opportunities for optimization
• Drive enhancements in logistics, warehouse operations, and material flow systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver measurable results

What's Needed?

• Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma / continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong project management and disciplined execution skills with a history of delivering results
• Hands-on experience in automated warehouse or distribution environments
• Familiarity with AGVs, robotics, conveyor systems, and WMS platforms
• Solid background in quality, inspection, and operational excellence practices
