This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Monday 7am-4pm, Tuesday 7am-7pm, Wednsday and Thursday 7am-5pm

· Setting: Clinic

· Procedures/Cases: 9 8% of patients are adults. Procedures needed: Fillings, Orthodontics - Invisalign Certified, Crowns, Bridges, Restore Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry. Number of Dental Assistants: 1-2 per dentist Number of Hygienists: 1

· Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days

· Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
