Position Overview
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for owning and growing a multi-state sales territory across the Southwest and Pacific regions, focusing on technical sales of RF and IP video distribution solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Carlisle, PA.

About the Role
This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Carlisle, PA and supports customers across the Southwest and Pacific regions.

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business development, managing existing accounts, and supporting channel partners. This role works closely with engineering and leadership to deliver effective technical solutions.

Travel typically ranges from 20–25% and includes customer meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Sales & Business Development

  • Own and grow a multi-state territory, driving revenue through new business and existing accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, and closing
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Client & Channel Partner Management

  • Develop relationships with system integrators, consultants, installers, and end users
  • Support channel partners with technical sales guidance and product knowledge
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Technical Sales & Product Demonstration

  • Present and demonstrate RF and IP video distribution solutions with technical accuracy
  • Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to support customer solutions
  • Represent Z-Band at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events

CRM & Sales Strategy

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data using CRM (HubSpot)
  • Leverage HubSpot to manage pipeline, track activity, and support data-driven decisions
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide territory strategy

Qualifications & Additional Details

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in territory sales, technical sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a geographic territory or regional customer base
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle (prospecting through closing)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
  • Experience with consultative sales and relationship-based selling
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time across a multi-state territory
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet vehicle rental requirements

Location & Travel Requirements

  • On-site position based in Carlisle, PA
  • This is not a remote role
  • Travel typically 20–25% within the assigned territory
