Hazmat Truck Driver - Local Work

We are looking for a qualified HAZMAT CDL A Truck Driver for an opportunity in Winston Salem, NC!

• Local Truck Driver MUST have at least 12 months verifiable Class A CDL Delivery experience in the past 3 years to qualify. Hazmat endorsement required.

Truck Driver Responsibilities :

• Truck Driver will haul & deliver industrial batteries to job sites, 10 15 stops per day.
• Truck Driver will be required to touch freight and stack/wrap batteries.
• Deliveries are made with a hand truck, battery carrier, and some with pallets.
• Truck Driver will also be picking up at most stops.
• Local with potential for 1-2 overnights per week.
• Equipment: Automatic 26ft box truck with lift gate. Trucks may vary in size and configuration.

Truck Driver Hours: Monday Saturday, start time 6:00AM-until route is finished

Wage : Truck Driver will earn $26.98 per hour (OT after 40 hours).

Truck Driver Qualifications:

• At least 12 months verifiable CDL Delivery experience in past 3 years.
• Hazmat experience in the past 3 years.
• Valid license and Medical Card
• Acceptable MVR and Accident History
• Good work history
