Our client, a global power and electrification manufacturing leader , is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer , you will be part of the Quality Engineering / Operations department supporting Manufacturing, Operations, and CrossFunctional Quality Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills , attention to detail , and a proactive, continuousimprovement mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$35 $38 per hour

Whats the Job?
  • Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Control Plans, CTQs, Qgates, and inspection checklists
  • Monitor and analyze First Pass Yield and implement actions to improve product quality and efficiency
  • Investigate customer complaints using root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
  • Support customer audits, FATs, and certification audits (UL, CSA, ISO)
  • Perform COPQ analysis and support process improvement and automation initiatives
Whats Needed?
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Handson experience with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, DMAIC, 8D, 5Why, Kaizen)
  • Experience supporting audits and working with industry standards (UL, IEEE, NEMA, CSA, ISO)
  • U.S. work authorization (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
