The Role

This is a concierge-style, consultative approachnot transactional selling. Youre guiding customers through: Smart home solutions Security offerings Service packages tailored to their needs The better you are at communication + conversion, the more you earn.

Compensation

  • Base pay + uncapped commission
  • Most reps: $ 100 K$150K+
  • Top performers earn significantly more
  • No cap. No ceiling.
