Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active Washington State physical therapy license required to start the assignment. Applicants with licensure in other states must provide WA license information and any additional documentation needed for credentialing if not yet credentialed.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Preference for candidates credentialed with Medicare and/or Medicaid. If not credentialed, candidate must have WA license and any other documentation ready to initiate credentialing within 10 days of start.
• Clinical experience appropriate to role. New graduates will be considered based on licensing and clinical experience.
• Experience providing 1:1 patient care using a 40-minute treatment model preferred.
• Willingness to accept assignments longer than standard 13-week terms is preferred and may increase candidate attractiveness.

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Start: July start.
• Patient care model: 40-minute 1:1 treatment sessions.
• New graduates considered based on licensing and clinical experience.
• Candidates may be expected to support clinic needs and float as required to other nearby facilities when requested.
