Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Oregon physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care preferred.
  • Experience with gait training, transfers, therapeutic exercise, and use of standard assistive devices preferred.
  • Client requires demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and document in electronic medical records; experience with EMR systems preferred.
