LOCATION: Mesquite, TX - 2 opneings CLIENT: Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation
Clinic info - SETTING: OP Ortho START DATE: Mid May GUARANTEE: 40hrs sched. If low census/cancelations & provider doesn't stay, only actual hours will be bill/paid. ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13+ weeks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: Prefer 6 mos OP exp. Open to NG w/ strong OP in clinicals. NG rate is $75 STAFF: Join team of PT's EMR: TherapEBridge (NetHealth) Caseload: 10-12 patients in an 8 hour day or 50-60 visits per week, with the volume adjusted depending on diagnoses and medical complexity.

Evals are 60 min and follow ups are 60 min. We treat up to 2 patients at a time and schedule on the hour, for the hour.

Patient population consists of general orthopedics, post-ops, multi-trauma, sports and weekend warriors, pelvic and abdominal health, TMD, Bells palsy, high level neuro, and peripheral vestibular diagnoses.
SCHEDULE: Monday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2 opening shifts (starting at 7am) and 2 closing shifts (staying until 7p) usually required. Negotiable structure (i.e. Four tens, vs shorter shifts, etc). • **1st day is unbillable orientation
• OT isn't paid out until after 48hrs. OT rate will be same as BR in placement since we don't have providers working 48+hrs per week.
• Any OT must be approved by their manager beforehand.
• Expectation is that documentation is to be done at point of service for all travelers and perm employees.
• 2 week notice for client/provider if 2 week notice isn't given we are obligated to pay the client 72hrs at contracted rate. If client doesn't give notice we obtain credit for 72hrs.
• Any RTO that is not confirmed needs to be approved with manager 30 days prior.
• If census is low or PT has cancelations, expectation is for provider to ask what they can do to at the facility to get hours. If they do not want to help out in order to hit their GTE only actual hours will be billed/paid.
• If clinic is closed/closes early or has delayed start due to inclement weather only actual hours will be billed.
