What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mobile and plant equipment

• Learn diagnostic procedures and support troubleshooting activities

• Perform basic mechanical tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians

• Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow all safety procedures

• Support the team with parts handling, documentation, and equipment checks

• Ability to follow instructions and learn technical procedures

• Strong focus on safety and awareness around equipment and tools

• Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to contribute to daily operations

• Capability to work in outdoor and industrial conditions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods

• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed

• Sufficient manual dexterity to use tools and handle mechanical components

• Ability to work in environments with dust, noise, and varying temperatures

• Capacity to enter and exit equipment or work areas using steps, ladders, and platforms

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug, and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
