Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a new Mental Health Therapist to join our team. Your role will be to provide consistent, efective treatment in a manner that is both professional and meets the clients' needs without regard to the personal needs or views of the therapist..
As a member of the clinical department, you will work directly with the support staff, other quality therapists, and you will report to the clinical director.
What You Will Do:

• diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• create and maintain accurate records of all treatment and client communication
• follow the company's guidelines for professionalism and effective treatment
• follow all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality
• be punctual and professional according to company policies
• maintain a positive and respectful attitude in the workplace
• attend meetings and trainings as required

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have the following credentials/skills:

• Will possess a Master's Degree in Counseling or a Related Field
• Will have successfuly completed an intership with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling
