If so, Hard Manufacturing Co is looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our team in Buffalo, NY 14215. As a key member of our manufacturing engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Move easily between different types of engineering work including mechanical fabrication, production problem solving & process improvement, documentation and product maintenance using SolidWorks.
• Function as a key member of the team that works closely with management and manufacturing operations staff.
• Support manufacturing processes by maintaining engineering drawings, BOMs, and fixtures/tooling required for products we offer.
• Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization – management team as well as production workforce.

Required Skills:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing, or related Engineering/Engineering Tech disciplines
• 4 or more years of manufacturing, engineering tech or related experience
• Proficiency in Excel and SolidWorks (preferably with sheet metal)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with good written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with medical device manufacturing/FDA-regulated industry
• Product Design and/or Quality Engineering experience

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $62,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $85,000.00
