Locum Physician General Surgery

• Call only coverage with beeper and 30-minute response time
• 1-5 patients per shift with 3-5 patients seen per 24 hours
• Both inpatient and outpatient coverage required
• General surgery including laparoscopic and trauma procedures
• Adult and pediatric patients
• GI endoscopy including colonoscopy and sigmoidoscopy
• Central line insertion and vascular access procedures
• Coverage for ER/trauma and inpatient services
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
