Senior Accountant

Exciting opportunity to lead full-cycle accounting in QuickBooks including AP/AR, payroll, job costing, WIP, and monthly financial reporting across multiple entities.

• Drive project accounting, AIA billing, lien releases, certified payroll, and compliance with wrap-up insurance, COIs, and subcontractor requirements
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Executives on job cost tracking, profitability analysis, collections, and monthly WIP reviews
• Manage audits, taxes, subcontractor documentation, and financial reporting while maintaining strong internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience in construction accounting
• Must have strong knowledge of job costing and WIP reporting
• Ample exposure to QuickBooks, including payroll processing
