This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Clinic hours 8a-5p
• Patients per day: 14-28
• Practice Setting : Urgent care facility. Outpatient
• Scope: Family medicine/Occupational medicine care
• State Licensure: Active Michigan License required, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration [CSR], Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Responsibility for Mid-Levels: No
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
