Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time:

• Annual Compensation : 33% of collections (earnings between $1,000,000 - $3,000,000/year).

• Benefits : Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, $25,000 sign-on bonus, $60,000 life/AD&D policy, short- and long-term disability, continuing education support, 401k with a 4% match, relocation assistance, liability insurance with tail coverage, 6 paid holidays, and more.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

• Must be able to obtain a dental license, sedation permit, and OMSNIC insurance in the assigned practice state.
