What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Provide clear, professional communication with customers.
• Document all work performed using company procedures.
• Maintain safety standards and a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as required.
• Represent Byrum Heating & AC with professionalism and integrity.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
