What Youll Be Doing- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Install, repair, and maintain machinery such as conveyors, pumps, motors, and crushers.
- Conduct routine inspections and document equipment condition and repair needs.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Demonstrated capability in troubleshooting and repairing industrial mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with tools and equipment used in mechanical maintenance and fabrication.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
- Commitment to working safely and following established procedures.
- Capacity to work both independently and within a team to complete tasks efficiently.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $21.00 to $30.80 per hour
