Compensation Type: Salaried Compensation: $67,890.00 The System & Data Analyst, Office of Talent Strategy (OTS) serves as the functional lead and system administrator for the Modern Campus Lifelong Learning (L3) platform. This role leads system implementation, configuration, testing, and go-live activities in partnership with internal stakeholders, IT, and the vendor. Following implementation, this position serves as the ongoing system administrator and subject matter expert for Modern Campus/L3 and supports OTS data operations, reporting, and noncredit system integration needs. This role functions as the bridge between business operations and technology, translating OTS business and other noncredit business processes into system functionality, ensuring data integrity, and advancing data-informed decision-making across noncredit programming. ESSENTIAL JOB FUCNTIONS Systems Implementation & Functional Leadership Serves as an internal business analyst and functional lead for Modern Campus/L3 implementation. Becomes subject matter expert in Modern Campus Lifelong Learning platform functionality, integrations, schema, and public view configuration. Leads business process discovery, documentation, and system configuration aligned to workforce operational needs. Develops functional requirements, user stories, workflow diagrams, and system documentation. Maps data attributes, identifies business rules, and leads data migration and validation efforts. Coordinates integration points with Workday Student and other institutional systems. Designs and executes system testing plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and serves as liaison between stakeholders and vendor. Identifies process redesign opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability. Supports go-live team training, readiness planning, stabilization, and post-production issue resolution. Record & Document Management Serves as the primary administrator for Modern Campus/L3 post-implementation. Manages system configuration, security roles, updates, enhancements, and vendor releases. Identifies modifications and improvements to enhance system performance and user experience. Develops and maintains system documentation, training materials, and internal governance protocols. Partners with IT and functional leaders to troubleshoot system issues and ensure long-term sustainability. Monitors system usage and adoption metrics; recommends improvements based on trends and operational feedback. Data Analysis & Reporting Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting structures aligned with OTS strategic goals. Ensures data integrity and consistency across Modern Campus/L3, Workday Student, and other institutional systems. Responds to data requests and develops dashboards, visual reports, and executive summaries. Applies standardized data definitions in collaboration with Institutional Effectiveness. Supports reporting for grants, external funders, and workforce partners. Conducts labor market and program performance analysis to inform planning. Cross-Functional Systems & Project Support Serves as functional analyst on workforce-related system initiatives, mirroring institutional analyst practices. Participates in cross-divisional project teams to support noncredit integration with Workday Student. Designs business process mapping documentation. Collaborates with stakeholders across Enrollment, Finance, IT, and Academic divisions to resolve cross-functional issues. Provides post-production support for approved projects. Training, Governance & Continuous Improvement Designs and delivers training to OTS staff on system usage, reporting tools, and data interpretation. Establishes system governance practices, documentation standards, and change management procedures. Champions data-informed culture within OTS and other noncredit programs. Identifies continuous improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency and student experience. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or related field. Three (3) years of ERP or enterprise system implementation, functional analysis or systems administration, business process mapping and requirements, data reporting and analysis or other related experience.
