County Waste & Recycling is hiring a driven, results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to build and grow a book of business within an assigned territory. This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing new business in a competitive, essential service industry.

This position offers a $55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with strong earning potential for individuals motivated to perform and grow.

What Youll Do:

Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person visits

Build and manage a consistent, active sales pipeline

Conduct site evaluations and present tailored waste and recycling solutions

Negotiate and close service agreements

Partner with operations and customer service to ensure seamless customer experience

Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and account data in Salesforce

What It Takes to Succeed:

Comfort with prospecting and outbound activity

Strong ownership of pipeline and results

Consistency, discipline, and follow-through

Ability to manage time and territory independently
