Traveling Plumbing Foreman (100% Travel) Nationwide Travel (Typical rotation: 17 days on / 4 days home) Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades Position Overview Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Traveling Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing crews on new construction and remodeling projects across the U.S. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards while mentoring and developing team members. Key Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and supervise plumbing crews on active job sites Assign work based on skill level and project needs Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Coordinate with other trades and project teams to maintain workflow Monitor schedules, productivity, and job progress Perform quality checks to ensure code and spec compliance Enforce safety standards and company policies Troubleshoot and resolve field issues as they arise Communicate updates with project managers and stakeholders Qualifications Strong experience in plumbing installation and construction environments Proven leadership experience as a Foreman or lead Ability to read blueprints and understand construction documents Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel nationwide What's Offered Company vehicle, iPad, and phone allowance Per diem while traveling Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, HSA) This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader looking to work on projects across the country while growing with a reputable contractor. #INDH
