Job Description


We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a Full time role with one of our area clients. You will provide physical therapy services in a home care setting to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active-whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • Ability to cover assigned caseload across Hillsdale, Lenawee, and Monroe counties.
  • Willingness to work days with weekend rotation. Expected hours per week: 40.
  • Complete 2-day branch orientation followed by field precepting (precepting length based on experience).
