Join Our Team as a Customer Service Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support
• Quote and bind property casualty policies 
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Assist customers with the claim process
• Provide detailed information about billing notices 
• Manage social media posts 

Required Skills:

• Strong time management skills and able to prioritze responsibilities
• Committ to the set work schedule,  Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM 
• Able to use on-line resources for training and problem resolution  
• Strong customer support skills
• Present solutions which are in the client's best interest
• Maintain or obtain Illinois Producer's licenses in Property/Casualty and Life/Health

Nice to Have Skills:

•  Illinois State Licenses for Property/Casualty and Life/Health
•  Experience working in insurance agency for an independent contractor agent

Hourly Rate

• Minimum Salary: $18
• Maximum Salary: $25
