Shift: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Experience:
18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Trauma Level 3 experience is required from any number of months
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
This role may require floating to additional units and locations
Local & travel allowed.
COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.
12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.
12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Basic MS skills, wound care, wound vacs, neuro checks, trach management (T-mist mask), incision care, drain/tube management, BiPap, HFNC, post-surgical recovery (esp. spinal).
Preferred Skills/Experience: Chest tubes, lumbar drains, IV skills, cardiac rhythm interpretation.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free
Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend. - 6-week schedule; will receive 1-2 week prior. - Holiday Requirements: 1 per contract
Floating Requirements: MSU, tele, COVID, MS overflow, ED holding (MST patients waiting for a bed) - 1:4 ratio, travelers will float first group.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - 1 required for submission
