Are you a skilled handyman looking for a rewarding opportunity in the construction industry? Look no further! SDS Handyman Service is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Newtown, PA. As a handyman with us, you will have the chance to showcase your talents and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch residential and commercial handyman, repair, and maintenance services.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform caulking, flooring installation, cabinet installation, laminate, and door installation
• Handle window installation, vinyl composition tile, and laminate flooring
• Complete punch out lists, home repair, crown molding
• Assist with window and door installation, siding, trim carpentry, and vinyl installation
• Conduct basic carpentry, finish carpentry, and scope development

Required Skills:

           Must have a reliable truck, basic tools, and be clean-cut. No torn clothing, etc.

• Proven experience in a similar handyman role
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with crown molding 
• Knowledge of window and door installation techniques
• Expertise in siding and trim carpentry
• Proficiency in vinyl installation and finish carpentry
• Ability to develop scopes for projects

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
