Dental Assistant

We are a lean, doctor-led dental practice seeking an EFDA who values efficiency, preparation, and teamwork in a fast-paced but calm environment.

This role is ideal for an EFDA who enjoys working efficiently, contributing broadly, and being a key part of a small, well-run office.

• Chairside assisting in a high-efficiency clinical flow
• Coronal polishing
• Taking high-quality X-rays
• Room setup, turnover, and organization
• Assisting with exams, restorative, and same-day dentistry
• Supporting a doctor-led hygiene model (no traditional 1-hour hygiene blocks)

You may be a good fit if you:

• Are comfortable with a 30-minute patient flow
• Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Take initiative and stay prepared
• Are flexible and team-oriented
• Prefer a focused, low-drama practice

This role is not a good fit if you:

• Prefer slow pacing or extended downtime
• Limit duties strictly to one task
• Expect a traditional corporate hygiene structure

• Dental assisting experience
• Strong chairside and organizational skills
• Reliable and professional work ethic

• $26$32/hour , based on experience, efficiency, and scope of contribution
• Raises based on performance and reliability not tenure

Compensation:
