Salary: $2,274.94 - $2,474.94 /wk

Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images used by physicians to evaluate and treat patients.

Minimum Requirements:

  • ARDMS or ARRT certification required. (Client accepts ARDMS OR ARRT.)
  • Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience required.
  • Proficient in Emergency Room applications including general abdominal, limited vascular (extremity DVT), small parts, and basic OB procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform Diagnostic Sonography and Vascular Sonography independently.
  • Active American Heart Association BLS certification required.
  • Profile documentation required: work history, skills checklist current to within 1 year, and two supervisory references with dates employed. These items are required by the client and must be submitted as documentation.
  • Ability to assist physicians with ultrasound-guided biopsy procedures.
  • Preferred: prior experience in hospital settings and emergency department workflows.

Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Hospital.
  • Shift Name: Flex Shifts.
  • Shift Details: Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM; Monday & Tuesday 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM. (40 hour guarantee; weekend requirement: every Saturday and Sunday.)
  • Duration: 13 week travel assignment.
  • Weekend Requirement: Every Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM.
