- Platform monitoring and maintenance
- Execute upgrades and patch cycles
- Manage CMDB, Service Catalogue, and user access
- Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
- Maintain ACLs and security configurations
- Create reports and dashboards
- 4+ years ServiceNow experience
- JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS
- Platform upgrade experience (2+)
- CSA Certification (Mandatory)
- / GC
- FedRAMP / Government experience
- ITIL / ITSM / CSM
- IntegrationHub / Flow Designer
