RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed territory targets
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and lead conversion
- Maintain a strong pipeline and drive opportunities to close
- Identify high-potential customers, industries, and market segments
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and site visits
- Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions
- Deliver a consultative, value-based sales approach
- Prepare competitive proposals and pricing
- Negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership
- Partner with operations, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to team success and support shared sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5+ years of Sales experience, preferably in high-volume or transactional environments
- Experience with outbound prospecting and account development
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders from field level to executive level
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel locally (10-20%)
