Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee change orders and submittals
• Manage construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with architectural design and installation teams
• Ensure compliance with specifications and estimating
• Lead project management and proposal development

Required Skills:

• Experience in construction management
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of architectural design and installation
• Ability to work with specifications and estimating
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Background in electrical engineering
• Experience with strategy development and procurement
• Knowledge of quality control processes
• Military background is a plus
• Business development experience

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
