Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise while enjoying the surroundings of Vail, CO. Assist physicians and cath lab personnel in conducting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and operate advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

What You'll Need:

  • ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist.
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting.
  • BLS and ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred).
  • State licensure as required for Colorado.
  • Experience providing technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization procedures, including preparation of room and equipment, patient instruction, monitoring during procedures, and emergency interventions.
  • Ability to provide on-call coverage when assigned to ensure timely patient care interventions.
  • Client note: Must be able to function with minimal supervision and provide routine and emergency patient care during procedures.
  • Preferred: Prior experience with imaging equipment and hemodynamic monitoring systems used in cath labs.

  • Facility Type: Hospital.
  • Primary Specialty: Cath Lab Tech.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Schedule: 4x10.
  • Start: 4/27-5/11 (start window). Assignment length: 13 weeks.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week.
  • On-call responsibility: Tech is accountable for providing 24-hour coverage when on call to ensure timely patient care interventions.
