Job Title: Vehicle Exchange Specialist (Service-to-Sales)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Exchange Specialist to help service customers upgrade or purchase a new vehicle. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into automotive sales with strong earning potential and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:   

 •    Engage with customers in the service department and identify upgrade opportunities  

 •    Present vehicle exchange options based on customer needs and equity

 •    Transition qualified customers to the sales team     

 •    Provide a friendly, consultative, and professional experience    

 •    Follow up with customers to generate additional opportunities    

 •    Track leads and activity in CRM systems

Requirements:    

 •    Strong communication and people skills     

 •    Positive attitude and willingness to learn    

 •    Self-motivated and goal-oriented     

 •    Valid driver’s license
