Senior Estimator - Heavy Civil / Site Development

Seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead pricing and bid preparation for heavy civil, earthwork, utilities, and site development projects in the Columbus area .

• Lead estimates for earthwork, utilities, and sitework

• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze plans/specs

• Develop labor, equipment, and material costs

• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotes

• Prepare bids, proposals, and value options

• Work with operations to confirm scope and constructability

• 7+ years estimating heavy civil/site development

• Strong plan-reading and takeoff skills

• Experience with estimating software (HeavyBid, AGTEK, Bluebeam, etc.)

• Solid understanding of production rates and civil construction methods
