Financial Analyst

Our client, a leading Green Bay organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the finance department supporting various operational and financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Green Bay, WI, USA

Pay Range: $31.25 - $38.50 per hour (Depending on Experience)

What's the Job?

• Provide in-depth analysis on operational and financial issues across departments

• Participate in annual planning, budgeting, and reporting processes

• Understand and recommend improvements to operating procedures and policies

• Analyze department expenditures for reasonableness and identify cost reduction opportunities

• Develop decision support tools to enhance understanding of cost structures and drivers

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting

• Two to four years of experience in finance or related fields

• Advanced knowledge of automated financial systems, including Oracle

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
