Join Our Team as a Morning Chef at Break’N Eggs Creperie!

Are you passionate about creating delicious breakfast and brunch dishes? Do you thrive in a fast-paced culinary environment? Break’N Eggs Creperie is looking for a talented Morning Chef to join our team in Amherst, NY. As a Morning Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to a unique dining experience for our guests.

MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY/ SATURDAY/SUNDAY 

HOURS: 7am to 2:30 pm 5 days /week 36 hours /weeks is available

Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Knife skills for food preparation
• Ensuring food quality and consistency
• Portion control to minimize waste
• Back of house operations management

Required Skills:

• Experience with fryer and grilling techniques
• Proficient in food handling and preparation
• ServSafe Food Handler certification
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to maintain quality of service under pressure

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience baking
• Knowledge of food and beverage management
• Strong cooking skills
• Experience with ordering and merchandising

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $34,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $42,000.00
• 401(k) and Sick Leave benefits
