What You Can Earn
This role offers a base salary plus commission, with on-target earnings (OTE) up to $150,000 per year. Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong relationships with regular and prospective customers throughout the Alabama territory.
Conduct outreach using multiple methods to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Present and demonstrate products to customers, clearly communicating value and application.
Recommend solutions aligned with customer needs, industry trends, and product capabilities.
Provide timely responses to customer questions regarding products, availability, and pricing.
Conduct follow up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and long term retention.
Quoting, Proposals & Project Support
Request estimates, bids, and custom proposals tailored to customer requirements.
Submit estimates and quotes, credit terms, warranties, contract details, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with the GBP design team for custom product designs, samples, or specialized requests.
Account Management & Administration
Consult with customers after sales or contract signings to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
Communicate product delivery expectations to ensure on time fulfillment.
Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and product innovations within the territory.
Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and expense documentation.
Obtain and submit credit information for prospective customers.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer service practices, and consultative selling.
5+ years of sales experience preferred, ideally in a territory based or B2B environment.
Understanding of the paper industry, product design, and internal manufacturing capabilities is a plus.
Awareness of current industry trends, customer demands, and evolving market conditions.
Skilled in delivering effective sales and marketing presentations.
Experience leading customer meetings and collaborating with cross functional teams to drive sales success.
