PURPOSE
According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the general supervision of the Senior Director of Marketing. The Corporate Marketing Strategist plays a central role in shaping, advancing, and safeguarding the organizations corporate brand across digital, internal, and communityfacing platforms. This position leads the strategy and execution of corporate social media, driving audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility while supporting enterprise-wide communication initiatives and coordinating highimpact events such as grand openings and renovation celebrations. As a strategic marketing partner to Foundations, Human Resources, Chaplaincy, Development & Acquisitions, and Corporate Leadership, this role ensures brand alignment, message clarity, and compelling storytelling across all channels.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Serve as the enterprise marketing liaison for key internal stakeholders including Human Resources, Development & Acquisitions, Foundations, Chaplaincy, Health Care Services, and Executive Leadership. Lead the translation of organizational priorities into comprehensive, forwardlooking marketing strategies, proactively shaping initiatives that advance corporate brand standards, strengthen missiondriven messaging, and drive measurable organizational growth.
- Lead the strategy, governance, and day-to-day management of the organizations corporate social media ecosystem. Oversee platform strategy, editorial content planning, publishing cadence, brand voice consistency, and audience engagement across channels. Implement social listening, sentiment monitoring, and proactive reputation management to protect and strengthen the organizations public brand presence.
- Lead the organizations digital reputation strategy across all platforms, driving governance of Google Business Profiles, review intelligence, response frameworks, and brand sentiment insights. Partner closely with operational leaders to transform feedback into action, elevate transparency, and strengthen public trust through timely, strategic, and missionaligned communication.
- Develop and manage data-driven digital engagement strategies, including organic and paid social media campaigns. Utilize analytics, audience insights, and competitive intelligence to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize content performance, and inform marketing strategy and budget allocation.
- Lead enterprise social listening and digital intelligence efforts, identifying trends, community sentiment, and emerging risks or opportunities that inform marketing, communications, and leadership decision-making.
- Provide strategic leadership for highvisibility corporate eventsfrom grand openings and renovation celebrations to major organizational announcementsowning the full lifecycle from visionsetting and stakeholder alignment to vendor strategy, onsite execution, and postevent analysis. Ensure each event advances organizational priorities, strengthens brand presence, and delivers a highimpact experience for internal and external audiences.
- Direct marketing communications and storytelling initiatives that support the organizations mission, growth strategy, and community impact. Develop compelling narratives across digital, print, video, and event platforms that strengthen brand awareness and reinforce the organizations mission-driven identity.
- Direct the strategy, governance, and continuous optimization of Google Business Profiles and local search ecosystems, owning reputation management, multimedia content performance, and integration with emerging AIdriven and largelanguagemodel search platforms to ensure authoritative, accurate, and differentiated representation of the organization and its communities.
- Lead the endtoend strategy, coordination, and execution of professional photo and video production to advance marketing campaigns, events, and organizational storytelling. Ensure visual assets reinforce brand standards and elevate the organizations mission and community impact.
- Manage marketing procurement processes and branded collateral inventory, including oversight of the corporate marketing store, vendor invoicing, and marketing resource distribution across communities.
- Measure and report on marketing performance and campaign outcomes, delivering insights and recommendations that support continuous improvement, resource optimization, and alignment with organizational objectives.

JOB SPECIFICATION SHEET Corporate Marketing Strategist
Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate marketing or brand management, ideally supporting organizations in real estate, multifamily, healthcare, senior living, or nonprofit industries.
Handson experience with social media management platforms, creative design tools, and AIenabled marketing solutions, including Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft 365, and Copilot.
Travel: Rare, up to 25%.
Mental: Must have good communication, comprehension, computer and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
Skills: Strategic and execution-focused marketing professional with exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Effective written and visual storyteller who is collaborative, adaptable, solutions-driven, and comfortable engaging with senior leadership and external partners.
