Job Description
Salary: $2,251.48 - $2,451.48 /wk
Become a vital part of a hospital team in Hanford, CA as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images used to diagnose medical conditions. You may perform additional imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Required: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT).
- Required: State Radiologic Technologist license for California.
- Required: Advanced certification in CT (ARRT-CT) preferred in CA; treated as required by client for this role.
- Required: Basic Life Support (BLS or HS-BLS or RQI-BLS) certification. AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS accepted.
- Preferred: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiography program.
- Experience: Night shift CT experience. Candidate must have experience with the GE EVO CT unit.
- Clinical skills: Ability to perform CT exams and general radiography and fluoroscopy as needed.
- Preferred: Fluoroscopy license in CA and venipuncture certification.
