Primary responsibilities include performing initial psychiatric evaluations lasting one hour each and conducting follow-up diagnostic sessions of 15-30 minutes duration. The position requires maintaining detailed clinical documentation within the Athenahealth EMR system while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, social workers, therapists, nurse practitioners, and physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care coordination.
