Salary: $2,425.63 - $2,625.63 /wk
Are you ready to advance your career as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) in Knoxville, TN. Join a hospital-based team providing diagnostic and interventional cardiac care while working with advanced imaging and hemodynamic monitoring systems. You will assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in performing cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, stent placements, and related procedures to capture critical cardiac data.
What You'll Need:
- RCIS (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) certification required. (CCI - RCIS).
- ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience in a hospital setting required.
- BLS and ACLS required. ALS must be obtained within 90 days from start if not already held.
- Experience using Cerner EMR preferred.
- Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility at time of submission (travel requirement).
- Scrub requirement: hospital-laundered Malibu Blue scrubs; white non-fleece jacket permitted.
- Must be able to start ASAP. Candidates without the required credentials or availability will not be considered.
- Preferred: experience with call rotations and weekend coverage in a high-volume community hospital.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 06:00 - 16:30.
- Call: one night per week and every third weekend.
- Schedule notes: Blocked schedule not available; scheduling will consider giving travelers some long weekends. Must be available for July 4th weekend.
- Float requirement: May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
