Dining Aide

Location: Watertown, WI - The Marquardt
Full-Time No late nights

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dining Aide to join our team. This position plays an important role in both meal service and kitchen support , helping ensure residents and guests receive excellent food and service. Candidates should have prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Experience working in a healthcare, senior living, or CBRF setting is a plus.

• Assist with meal preparation, food service, and kitchen support
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with dishwashing, stocking, and general kitchen duties
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous kitchen or food service experience required
• CBRF experience and/or training preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
