As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Manage Purchase orders and Material Inventory
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks

Required Skills:

• Construction Management: Experience in managing construction projects
• Buildertrend software experience 
•  International Building Code basic knowledge
• International Plumbing code basic knowledge  
• Biligual (Spanish- English) 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Preventive Maintenance
• General Repair
• Estimating
• Excavation
• Engineering

Salary Range: $1300.00 - $1500.00 per week

Benefits: Vacation Leave, Paid Time Off.
