What Youll Do

This is a sales-driven role focused on client experience and results:

• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term members
• Consistently hit (and exceed) membership, gift card, and enhancement sales goals
• Recommend services, upgrades, and packages based on client needs
• Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and client flow
• Deliver a high-energy, professional client experience from check-in to check-out
• Handle client concerns confidently and professionally
• Stay sharp on promotions, services, and products
