The community mental health organization operates as a non-profit facility specializing in the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) for adults with persistent mental illness. The facility maintains comprehensive multidisciplinary treatment teams and provides services in both traditional office settings and community environments to meet patients where they are most comfortable receiving care.

This region offers diverse attractions and year-round activities including regional entertainment venues, outdoor recreation opportunities, and seasonal festivals. The area provides access to museums, cultural tours, and outdoor adventures ranging from winter sports to water activities, with numerous recreational facilities and attractions throughout the state.

The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care for adults participating in the Program of Assertive Community Treatment, delivering services in both office and community settings as part of a multidisciplinary team approach. Responsibilities include conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults with persistent mental illness, attending daily morning team meetings, and collaborating closely with the Medical Director who brings over 25 years of PACT experience. The clinician will work part-time for 16 hours per week across two weekdays Monday through Friday, providing specialized care to consumers who require intensive community-based psychiatric treatment and support services.
